sombre, lumiere are paired maze books presented in a handmade buckram folder which were created for Delires de Livres 2015, Chartres, France. Participants were asked to make book works to explore the theme "Si nous allions...." (Shall we go/If we go.....) and employing the colour restriction of black and/or/white and/or one other colour.

Apart from one, the  photographs in the books were originally made by the author within the same entry/staircase in a building in the Marais area of Paris, France. Available as a small variable edition, which includes an English titled version (darkess, light).
